The website .co.il (hereinafter: "the site") serves as an additional platform for purchasing and renting lockers and other products from Storeeo Ltd.

In all instances in these terms where the masculine form is used, it refers also to the feminine form.

These terms and conditions apply to all use and purchases made by you on the site and will form the legal basis for any discussion between you and Storeeo. Therefore, you are asked to read these terms thoroughly and carefully.

Browsing the site and/or purchasing products or services offered for sale on it constitutes your agreement to accept and follow these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you are requested not to use the site.

Storeeo allows you to rent or purchase various products and services through the website.

Each product or service offered for sale has a "product page" displaying the product or service, the list price, and the quantity of items in stock.

To place an order for a product or service, you must first select the product and then enter basic details such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number, after which you will be considered a "buyer".

To ensure the order is processed quickly and without issues, please make sure the details you provide are correct. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the order will be completed. The buyer will be charged for the cost of the product or service via their credit card after the transaction is processed.

In order to complete the purchase, the buyer must contact Storeeo’s customer service center to arrange approval from the credit card company for the transaction. It will be clarified and emphasized that the transaction will only be considered complete after the buyer’s credit card details are provided.

The shopper selects a product (it is recommended to review the product page before completing the purchase) and completes the purchase according to the instructions on the website.

To purchase a product or service, you are required to provide additional information necessary to complete the transaction, such as name, address, email, phone number, and credit card details.

Beyond using this information for the purchase, Storeeo commits not to use your information without your consent unless required by law or to prevent misuse. Access to your information will only be granted to those employees who need it to provide service.

Storeeo takes the necessary precautions to ensure your data is kept secure. Any transmission of credit card details from the site is done in encrypted form according to standards. However, in cases beyond its control or due to force majeure, Storeeo is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused if this information is lost or misused.

Cancellation fees are proportional to the period of use and no less than 75₪.

I acknowledge and agree to receive messages and/or information regarding products, orders, and other notifications related to Storeeo’s services via email and/or text messages. I also agree to receive electronic invoices for my orders through these means.
